Admission
  • Ticket valid on visit date
  • Non-Malaysian is for International / Passport holders.
  • Re-entry to the park is not allowed. Wristband tags will be removed upon exit.
  • Wristband tags are valid for entry only on the date of visit.
Eligibility
  • Child Rate: Ages 12 years old and below or Senior aged 60 years old and above.
  • Child rate applies to children above 90 cm in height or aged 12 years old and below (based on year of birth).
  • Child rate is based on height (90 cm and above) and not by age 4 years old.
  • Free Admission: Children below 90 cm in height.
  • Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
  • All ages are determined based on year of birth.
Attraction Access
  • IC and Passport authentication is required at the ticketing counter.
  • Ticket confirmation applies for Adult, Child, and Senior guests.
  • The cashier reserves the right to reject redemption if the information provided is unclear or does not match.
  • If the ticket name differs from the IC/Passport, the venue reserves the right to refuse admission without refund.
Additional Information
  • Upgrade MyKad Child to MyKad Adult: RM 50 per person
  • Upgrade MyKad to Non-MyKad: RM 100 per person
  • All transactions in the park are via cash or E-load.
  • E-load can be topped up at the Ticketing Counter.
  • Unused E-load balance can be refunded on the same day before 7 PM at the Ticketing Counter.
  • When using waterslides, the following are not permitted: jewelry, T-shirts or swimwear with metal decorations, cut-off jeans, and glasses. Slides are used at guests’ own risk.
  • Sunway Lagoon encourages guests to secure valuables. The park is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • Guests are responsible for their own belongings.
  • Dangerous items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other items that may disturb other guests are prohibited inside the venue.
Important Notes
  • Sunway Lagoon reserves the right to carry out renovations or upgrading works when necessary.
  • Management reserves the right to change operating hours, close the park, rides, or attractions due to maintenance, weather, special events, or unforeseen circumstances without prior notice.
  • Insurance coverage is applicable (terms and conditions apply).

How to Get There
  • By LRT: Take the LRT and alight at USJ7 Station.
  • By KTM: Take the KTM train and alight at Setia Jaya Station.
  • From either USJ7 or Setia Jaya Station, walk approximately 5 minutes to the BRT station. Take the BRT to Sunway Lagoon Station, then walk via the elevated pedestrian walkway for about 5–10 minutes to reach the park entrance.
